This particular car dealer has excellent customer service from the managers to the salesmen. The only issue was that the vehicle they sent me to look at for that particular dealer was not available at the de from the managers to the salesmen. The only issue was that the vehicle they sent me to look at for that particular dealer was not available at the dealer and I had to wait a day for the car to be brought to my dealer. A small inconvenience but I feel the representatives should be explicit about the locations of the vehicles. More

Honest and fair service. The communication was great; they called me to inform me of what was happening every step of the way. I also appreciated that they provided Lyft rides at no cost to me, to and from the dealership. That was much more convenient for me than the previous shuttle service. They even washed the car before giving it back to me. Both Paul and Oscar did a great job! More
