Another good experience with AutoNation Honda Dulles and service advisor Adam K. I brought in the car because the brakes have been squealing (on occasion) and wanted to confirm the pads were still in good s service advisor Adam K. The crew did a quick inspection of the vehicle and brakes and confirmed that the pads are fine, notwithstanding the occasional squealing (which I guess can be caused by outside factors like weather). Worst experience in 30 years of buying cars. My family and I had to quickly get a car to avoid paying these high car rental prices. After signing and paying for the car, they handed me two keys, My family and I had to quickly get a car to avoid paying these high car rental prices. After signing and paying for the car, they handed me two keys, which one didn't work. They didn't provide any car manuals - they told me to look it up online, and the car's hybrid-electric battery was dead. Oh and no discounts for vets. Within seven days of owning the car, warning lights started going off and it now has to be serviced. Having the car manual would have been helpful... And I'm still waiting on when it can be serviced...but to be fair, I contacted them about this apparent 🍋 and they are responding. I hope their follow through is better than what I've encountered as it has been an unfortunate experience especially coming back to the U.S. after serving a three-year tour overseas. More
