Right before i made the appointment with you guys, someone in the dealer told me its free of charge for the check up if the vehicle is bought within a year. Therefore i brought my car in today to have you guys checked the problems i am having trouble with. but ended up i had to pay $78 just for check up without fixing the problem. im totally disappointed at the service. Dulles Autonation Honda has been my dealer since they opened. The service manager keeps me abreast of what my vehicle service requirements are and ensures there no surprises. Be honest with the customer of how much time a service is going to take. I was told 1-1/2 hour, without asking; but when I asked about the status of my car (after 2 hours) the service rep.'s computer indica going to take. I was told 1-1/2 hour, without asking; but when I asked about the status of my car (after 2 hours) the service rep.'s computer indicated the service completion was "promised at 5:00 (3 vs 1-1/2 hours)". The computer pads are a great idea but need to find a way to take precautions to sanitize them given we are in the throes of COVID. More
I scheduled service after I read reviews, and they lived up to their 5-star rating. Although my car wouldn't start at home and I had it towed in, they were unable to replicate the problem. They kept it an up to their 5-star rating. Although my car wouldn't start at home and I had it towed in, they were unable to replicate the problem. They kept it an additional night, to see if it was cold weather. It was not. In the end, they just charged me for the headlight bulb they replaced. More
