AutoNation Honda Dulles - Service Center

Very slow service, made an appointment for 9AM oil change and tire rotation and told them I was waiting at the dealership both online when I made the appointment and in person when I dropped the car off. It took them 2 hours and 50 minutes to do the oil change and tire rotation. Their only explanation was they were "very busy". If that was the case they should have not allowed me or others to make a 9AM appointments if they are that overbooked. If I have an appointment at 9AM I expect you to be working on my car by 9:30 at the latest. Maybe appointments mean nothing to them. More
