Went for a recall on my pilot I was assigned to Richard as my consultant, he is unprofessional person. He ignores you when you talk didn’t answer you questions and hen I asked him to provide me a loaner as as my consultant, he is unprofessional person. He ignores you when you talk didn’t answer you questions and hen I asked him to provide me a loaner as mentioned in the recall letter that I get from Honda because the car checking will take 2.5 hours as per him . He said that Honda is not providing loaner for recalls si I showed him the letter and then he said there is no loaners available After an hour I went to check on my car, he left for the day another agent helped me and I ask again about a loaner and the other agent said that they provide loaner if I wish Over all good place and bad experience with Richard Richard I hope you read that, please be respectful to people and do your job right because you are representing a great company More

Once at the dealership, the service representative was very friendly and explained and suggested I might want to consider a re-align service on line.
