It was fine. The service seemed a bit slow, I waited 4 hours for an oil change and an inspection. If the reason was labor shortage I get it but I saw people who came after me leave before I got my car. Co hours for an oil change and an inspection. Communication could be a bit better about my options whether it be the drop off service, waiting at the dealer, etc. It might’ve just been miscommunication. More
