I tried to call Wednesday to arrange to pick up my car, but could not get to talk to a human being. The same thing happened Friday morning. I would up in a loop where I kept circulating through trying the service department and the operator without being able to talk to a person. We finally drove over and learned that only one person is available to answer the phone. That is clearly inadequate for such a large business. More
