The store is very comfortable to go around and sit down while waiting for the car being done. The Service appointment scheduling is also very convenient, just a phone call away. However, when we drop-off or pick-up the vehicle for the Service, the associates seems to be consumed in their paperwork all the time and not able to receive and respond to a customer. While picking-up the vehicle after service has been a maze for me all the time to around multiple associates - one associate pointing to another and I end up with a different associate - not clear who is working on my vehicle and who can complete my check-out process. The response of the associates was not a friendly gesture, it was like posing a challenge - why I'm there and you figure out. If they cannot make the associates provide better customer experience atleast they should have a Receptionist in the Service area too to maintain the queue and to check-in and check-out the customers. I broke down 20 miles from my home, my car was towed and not only did they fix the problem I left it there for a spring tune up, oil change and tires....within 4.5 hours they had the work all done and came not only did they fix the problem I left it there for a spring tune up, oil change and tires....within 4.5 hours they had the work all done and came to pick me up at home for a ride to their service area....They turned a crazy day into a pleasant one, thank you. AutoNation makes regular routine service as painless as possible. Even with a relatively new car, those interval services are not something you want to let slide.
