I had a recieved an email with a 15% off recommended service. I was thinking it was automatically applied to bill. When I got home I did not see any discount on bill. We've been using the service department at AutoNation Honda Dulles since they opened. Makes sense since we have purchased or leased all of our Honda's (too many to count) at the dealership. This time around, my wife's 2020 C-RV was due for its 30K checkup. Paul, the service advisor gave me a friendly greeting and talked me through some items that needed to be replaced and didn't push back or press me when I declined one of the suggested items. They completed the work in a timely manner and treated me in a professional, yet friendly manner. Plus, the complimentary car wash is a nice benefit. I can't express strongly enough my long-term satisfaction with the Service Department. Adam and his team is great! Next up is my 2016 Honda Civic. More
