My starter button started malfunctioning and only work intermittently on Friday morning. Unfortunately, my hot water heater in my home died the same morning. He said to bring my car in, this was usually an easy fix. He would get me on my way. Turns out it wasn't as easy as he thought but Mike told me I had two recall notices on my car and the starter was one of them. It was 4pm before we got me all checked in and I had my car back before they closed at 8 with both recalls addressed and my state inspection done! He kept me updated throughout the process and was on top of everything. More
