I've never had such a bad customer service experience with this dealership until this past week. First of all, the online scheduling system is AWFUL. I wanted to wait for my appointment, but that option with this dealership until this past week. First of all, the online scheduling system is AWFUL. I wanted to wait for my appointment, but that option wasn't available. I could only chose a drop off, when I used to be able to select the choice to wait. When I arrived at the dealership for the appointment the employee acted as though I was wasting his time. He completely blew me off when I mentioned the website issue and that I would rather wait. He said there wasn't a wait option available because it was "already selected by another customer"...seriously? That was not the case at all. I had checked other times that were at least 4 weeks out, and I was STILL only given a drop off option. I did not appreciate his condescending attitude towards me. I begrudgingly rescheduled the appointment for the following day, but then I ended up needing to cancel it. The appointment confirmation very clearly has a link to modify the appointment online, but of course that wasn't going to work either. So, I called to make a new appointment and again mentioned another website issue..to which I was told that I needed to "call to cancel an appointment." There's nothing in the confirmation email that says that, and if it did, what's the point in offering the online option? Again, it felt like my frustration wasn't valid. When I finally made it to my 3rd appointment attempt, the same employee I met with at my first attempt once again acted as though I was wasting his time. It was ridiculous. The only saving grace after everything finished was that the man who helped me get checked out was MUCH more courteous than everyone else. It's otherwise truly unfortunate that this was such a stressful experience. More

I have been so pissed in my life. Honda nation Sterling messed up my day.I got to Honda around 10.30 in the morning, a gentleman instructed me to pull forward .As am sitting in my car Honda nation Sterling messed up my day.I got to Honda around 10.30 in the morning, a gentleman instructed me to pull forward .As am sitting in my car like I always do waiting for someone to help me ,nobody came but all the cars behind me where being helped.For 30mins been waiting but all the stuff ignored me ,until I got out of the to ask for help,I always service my car there but today I felt racism at its peak.They literally ignored me because I was a black woman and When I asked for a manager to my surprise the manager didn't care about how I was treated.He was even rude and tried to tell me how I should feel after am been neglected. The manager did not even show any kind of remorse ,that is when I realized that he is a racist too like his team.I have never felt discrimination in my whole life.I didn't know racism still exist in this day and age.Its SAD!!!. I will never ever go there again for service.The stuff and the manager are all the same.RACIST!!!! More
The service advisors and parts department have been very helpful with maintenance, repairs, choosing and ordering new tires. Appointment times are convenient.
