The service (transmission fluid replacement) was fine, but the man who was in charge of helping me wasn’t helpful. If I asked him a question, we would spout a bunch of verbiage, but it didn’t make sense. but the man who was in charge of helping me wasn’t helpful. If I asked him a question, we would spout a bunch of verbiage, but it didn’t make sense. In other words, he didn’t want to take the time to give coherent answers. He asked if I also wanted an engine check. I asked him what an “engine check” meant and he basically said it meant checking the engine fluids and belts. I could figure that out myself. I was expecting more specifics - like which fluids and which belts. Ironically that was his answer after his first response which was to tell me an engine check was to check the engine. Later when I asked about a charge on the bill, same type of response. Lots of words but no substance. When I tried to get a clearer explanation, he still wasn’t able, maybe unwilling, to give a clear explanation. I’m not sure if he didn’t know how to explain things or if he thought I wasn’t worth the time and effort. Needless-to-say, I was frustrated but went ahead and paid my bill because the amount was basically the same amount as the original quote, and I didn’t want to create a scene. More

Called before 8am and spoke with Mike all the dashboard lights on my crv were on. Mike took me in right away.all repairs were covered under warranty and my vehicle was ready before lunch. 2010 Honda Civic LX 80,000 miles Paid $160 for diagnostic that determined I needed a front brake job. Then paid $575 for front brake job with new pads and rotors which involved removing the cal diagnostic that determined I needed a front brake job. Then paid $575 for front brake job with new pads and rotors which involved removing the caliper and then reinstalling the caliper at completion. and then Honda said the caliper bolt was stripped and I needed new caliper but they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. T Then charged me $500 to install new caliper when reinstalling a caliper is actually part of the cost of the original brake job but they didn't have the part in stock at that time. This was a total rip off price gouging. Labor should be part of the cost of the part not a separate charge. It seems like a double charge. On top of that we called them over and over and over and over every call went to voice mail. I even called the managerr. We needed to speak to the service advisor but could not get through. Finally the receptionist was kind enough to track down a different service advisor who was also kind enough to go find out what was going on for us. I feel very taken advantage of as a customer. On the positive side, they did provide a lift shuttle for me as this is my only car. In addition when I came in for my diagnostic service I was charged the fee of another customer's repair work in addition to my own and it had to be refunded and I had to contact my credit card company to make sure it was getting refunded. More

The service experience with Adam and team was incredibly pleasant. Adam linked me up with the the tech that would be working on my vehicle directly and as I understand, this tech worked on my car from star pleasant.
