I have been going to this dealership for many years. In the last 2 the quality of customer service in the Service Department has gone down significantly in my opinion. When driving into the Service Area In the last 2 the quality of customer service in the Service Department has gone down significantly in my opinion. When driving into the Service Area, I no longer have someone approach me to provide guidance, there is no clear place to go to sign in, and I often have to wait 10 or 15 minutes before I finally chase someone down. For years I have dropped my car off late in the day, they inspect it and call me in the morning so I can decide what to do other than regular emissions. Both the last 2 years no one called me, no one answers the service line, when I finally get to talk to someone it is too late to get additional anything done and I only have time to pick it up so I have it for the following day. More
As always when I have my car serviced at AutoNation Honda Dulles, I leave feeling good that my vehicle is running as it should. Adam is always welcoming and personable. Not only do I feel like he provides th Dulles, I leave feeling good that my vehicle is running as it should. Adam is always welcoming and personable. Not only do I feel like he provides the best customer experiences, I see that he genuinely cares for his customers. I see how he takes care of his elderly customers and is very detailed when explaining what services are performed as well as needed. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle. I am happy to share that she is now a customer of AutoNation because I recommended that she take her vehicle there and should only go there. More

When I brought in my car before my 3:00 appointment, there were 7 people at their desks but only 1 was with a customer. There was an oil leak, so they replaced an oil pan that costed more than $700 after a coupon. We found out 10 days later that the car was still leaking oil. Went there again in AM and dropped off the car and didn't hear back until late afternoon. The voicemail message left wasn't clear about what was wrong with the car. The only thing clear was the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. When we picked up the car the next day, we were told that the newly replaced oil pan had a hole in it!!?? Seriously!! They put an oil pan with a hole in our car and didn't know!! Was it a used oil pan or what? We had a bad experience last time we went to VA tire, so we thought Honda dealer would be better. I guess we were wrong.... More
