My review is for the service dept. I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection. Almost 3 hours later, the rep told me about things that were needed on my car. There was an oil leak, so they replaced an oil pan that costed more than $700 after a coupon. We found out 10 days later that the car was still leaking oil. The only thing clear was the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. When we picked up the car the next day, we were told that the newly replaced oil pan had a hole in it!!?? Seriously!! They put an oil pan with a hole in our car and didn't know!! Was it a used oil pan or what? We had a bad experience last time we went to VA tire, so we thought Honda dealer would be better. I guess we were wrong.... More
