As always when I have my car serviced at AutoNation Honda Dulles, I leave feeling good that my vehicle is running as it should. Adam is always welcoming and personable. I see how he takes care of his elderly customers and is very detailed when explaining what services are performed as well as needed. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle. I have been going to this dealership for many years. In the last 2 the quality of customer service in the Service Department has gone down significantly in my opinion. When driving into the Service Area In the last 2 the quality of customer service in the Service Department has gone down significantly in my opinion. When driving into the Service Area, I no longer have someone approach me to provide guidance, there is no clear place to go to sign in, and I often have to wait 10 or 15 minutes before I finally chase someone down. For years I have dropped my car off late in the day, they inspect it and call me in the morning so I can decide what to do other than regular emissions. Both the last 2 years no one called me, no one answers the service line, when I finally get to talk to someone it is too late to get additional anything done and I only have time to pick it up so I have it for the following day. More
