Took my car here for the usual state emissions test. The service folks were quick and efficient, everyone was professional and I was able to get the emissions test taken care of without issue. I made an appointment for an oil change and I arrived about 20 minutes early. When I drove into the service area, no one seemed to notice that I was there. After a few minutes, I just stepped out and loo about 20 minutes early. When I drove into the service area, no one seemed to notice that I was there. After a few minutes, I just stepped out and looked for someone. No one acknowledged me still. So then I just walked over to one of the people sitting a desk and asked if I had to check in. He didn't look at me because he was busy working, and he just said to wait at my vehicle and someone will come to me. So I sat in my car. 25 minutes later, a man walked up to my car and asked if anyone had helped me yet. This was only because I was blocking a person behind me whom he was helping. I said no one helped me yet, so he helps me. He finally processes my car and I go to the waiting room. This was about 8 minutes after my scheduled time. The dealership just didn't seem friendly. I have been to a few before for service and they treat you like royalty. This place not so much. I'll probably go back for service because they are close to me. If there was another dealership that was around me, I would probably not come back here. More
