Although I did not purchase my vehicle here, I have had it serviced here twice now, and each time has been exceptional. I especially enjoy the online invoicing so that I can pay from my phone and simply co it serviced here twice now, and each time has been exceptional. Customer service is definitely not a priory for this service dept. When I called to set up the appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and trailer hitch install, I was told it would take about 4 ho service dept. When I called to set up the appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and trailer hitch install, I was told it would take about 4 hours. When I dropped it off Saturday at 8:15am I was told it would take all day. I informed them I needed the vehicle before 3pm as I had a function to go to and picking up my vehicle on Tuesday was not an option (because of holiday weekend). The service rep said he would try and have it done by 2pm. I called at 1:30pm and was told everyone was at lunch so I called at 2pm and the system put me in loop where I couldn’t get a hold of any live person.I gave up. Finally I called again at 4pm and left a message with a live person. I was called back at 4:15 stating my car was done, with no explanation or apologies for not getting it done sooner as promised. Had they called me and communicated the delay I would have been fine but no communication whatsoever from these people. Payment was fun because they got the total cost wrong and I had to spend time dealing with that. Overall it was a bad experience and not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. More
