Dissatisfied with car service. The service personnel (Oscar Castro) was rude. I was late for my car service appointment and I have asked about ETA for service completion. But the response was rude( He said “ He is honoring me by making an appointment now”) and also I did not receive a call after the service is done. Oil change and brake fluid flush were done in the service. but what I have noticed while driving after a certain speed there is a tapping sound I can hear but as soon as acceleration speed is reduced the sound is gone. I purchased my car from this dealership and I trust them for good car service. Every service for the past 4 years I have booked with them. This time I am not satisfied with the service. More
Skeptical of returning to this dealer for our cars service. I had mentioned that in addition to getting an oil change, I wanted for the muffler to be checked because it was making noises, as if it was service. I had mentioned that in addition to getting an oil change, I wanted for the muffler to be checked because it was making noises, as if it was loose or had lost a clamp (of some sort), After waiting almost two hours, the service advisor came to explain other "recommendations" but nothing was said about my complaint of the noise coming from the muffler, until I asked, he said that he will check with the technician. At checkout, two and half hours later from checking in, again, nothing was said about the muffler. Until I asked again. Service advisor said that was nothing wrong with it... I settled the bill, my car was already on the exit line, when I started the engine, the noise of the muffler was loud, and got worst as I drove away. I was just on time to get to work (DC) so I couldn't comeback to show the service advisor of how noticeable the noise was. It felt that the advisor and the technician ignored my request. Similar experiences in the past few visits, and after several thousands of dollars spent at this dealer in the last few years, one thing has been consistent, poor service. It is time to return to the Tysons dealer perhaps. More
