So to be honest, I've had a run of bad luck with this dealership. From the initial sales team trying to up-sell me on things I didn't want, left-over razors found in the vehicle from the detailers (I ha dealership. From the initial sales team trying to up-sell me on things I didn't want, left-over razors found in the vehicle from the detailers (I had three children under four at the time), and the service department treating me and my wife with a somewhat dismissive attitude the prior three to four times I brought the vehicle in for issues. This changed though when I got linked up with Adam in the service department. I was led to him because I asked for the best guy they had and also the prior service guy we worked with left (Aaron). He wasn't nearly as helpful as Adam. Adam kept the lines of communication open, was very helpful with the loaner, and very understanding with the issue. That is why I'm giving 5 stars - because of Adam. More

I had no appointment, I just came in to check my tires, battery and fluids because my car was sitting for a while. , they topped off my fluids and adjusted my tire pressure.
