I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle, which is supposed to cover a period of 5 years or 60 months. Concerned about this issue, I contacted your service department to schedule an inspection and repair under my warranty. I spoke with Kayla, one of your service advisors, who informed me that I would need to drop off my vehicle and it would not be available until Monday. Unfortunately, I rely on my vehicle as my sole means of transportation and cannot afford to be without it for such an extended period. When I explained my situation to Kayla, she mentioned that the dealership is currently short-handed and does not have any loaner vehicles available. I am extremely disappointed with this response. One of the primary reasons I invested in the extended warranty was to ensure that I would receive timely and efficient service when needed. The inability to provide a loaner vehicle or offer a more accommodating solution undermines the value of the warranty I purchased. More
