I very recently thought I heard a scraping or abrasive noise under my car. Took the car in to the service dept. for verification and repair. Kayla Killian had the car looked at and inspected and a mecha noise under my car. Took the car in to the service dept. for verification and repair. Kayla Killian had the car looked at and inspected and a mechanic took it for a test drive. She told me that my car was fine - to my great relief! My car was given a free wash. I felt embarrassed, but Kayla assured me that it was okay to have the car checked out. She was so nice, so nice, so nice and I can't recommend her enough as a service advisor. She is a such an asset to Honda East and certainly to customers. I've always taken my car and an earlier owned car to this service dept and they've looked after me each time. I don't want to go anywhere else. More
