As I live in Pahrump it is not a short drive. My appointment was at 11am I arrived at 10:45am. I checked in with Kevin with my 2019 Honda odyssey to look at my park hold button along with a noise My appointment was at 11am I arrived at 10:45am. As I waited in the waiting room as it hit two o,clock I walk up to Kevin and ask what is the update on my car. He said he would check he came back and told my car was next to be service, at 2:45pm I again ask Kevin what was the update on my car, he checked and said they had not look at it yet at this point it has been hours not counting my driving time there and back. At this point I ask him to bring my car back to me. As I was leaving He sad to me they had a lot of walk in's I said to him I had a appointment, also why did you not say that to me when I arrived. I told him he just lost a customer. At that point I left. Thank You Donald Miskell. More
