I had a dying battery problem and I was able to get an appointment the same day via their web interface. What a win for me . . . normally I would have expected to have failed on setting an appointment on appointment the same day via their web interface. I had to use the dealer because it was a life time AutoNation performance part. They came through and replaced the battery. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and they took my car during the appointment time and turn around while I waited was quick. More
