Feb 26, 2022: Waited for 2 hours for an oil change to know the vehicle was not taken up for service at all. had to take it up at another bay area honda and got it serviced promptly. Advisor bloated th know the vehicle was not taken up for service at all. had to take it up at another bay area honda and got it serviced promptly. Advisor bloated the invoice for $400 with added items that was not necessary. even with synthetic oil change, oil filter change and multipoint inspection, i was quoted $143 - way too above the estimates of $75-$90 in other bay area honda dealer service centers. would not recommend this place to anyone More

The staff is great! But there is something wrong with my car and they weren’t able to find the problem. My husband and I were specifically looking for a black Honda Passport TrailSport. We called around to the local Honda dealerships and Fremont was the only location that had one. Ace spoke to us on the phone and even sent us pictures of the vehicle before our visit. We visited the dealership the same day. Ace was very approachable, friendly, and made the car buying process as smooth as possible. He was thorough with the numbers and even gave us advice so we could weigh out our options. We enjoyed talking to him during the waiting periods. It was like talking to a friend. Feb helped us with the paperwork and he was also very thorough but straight to the point about the service packages. He wasn’t pushy which we appreciated. After the paperwork was done, we met up with Ace again. He took photos of us with our new car and went through all of the car’s features with us. We could tell that this dealership takes care of their cars and the workers here are friendly. It made the process less intimidating.
