excellant service ,friendly courteous I only had a 30 to excellant service ,friendly courteous I only had a 30 to 40 wait time . Waiting area very clean as were restrooms. No coffee service but I understand with Covid 19 proto calls this was to be expected. No car wash but with California in a drought situation I understand this not being available. My wife and I, purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Honda in Fremont, and the customer service was exceptional. Our vehicle was located by Jennifer Ramirez, and was picked up from there sister dealership for in Fremont, and the customer service was exceptional. Our vehicle was located by Jennifer Ramirez, and was picked up from there sister dealership for us by Jennifer, so the experiencewith her was awesome & professional. All the other interaction was with Miriam, who was very customer service oriented, and very professional as well, and the finance person that assisted us, was very exceptional as well, and made us feel comfortable purchasing our vehicle. We are very happy with the superb quality of customer service we received, all the way up to the sales manager, that assisted us with a situation concerning the vehicle, that will be taken care of by their service department. Overall I would definitely refer family & friends, to this dealership, because of how my wife & I was treated, with excellent customer service, that made us feel apart of the Honda family for sure.
