Had a dead battery. Waited 2-hours only to be told by service team that they did not have battery in stock. This was on a Wednesday - I was told battery would be in stock on Friday (which was December 3 service team that they did not have battery in stock. This was on a Wednesday - I was told battery would be in stock on Friday (which was December 31 - New Year's Eve). On Friday morning at 8:10 am, I started calling my contact at Honda - he said the battery not in stock yet. He called again at 9:45 am to say the battery not in stock yet and not sure of delivery that day. He suggested I phone Envision Honda of Milpitas - which thankfully I did. Yes, I was told, they had the battery I needed in stock. By 10:10 am, I was there - by 11:00 am, the battery had been installed. I really liked that location and will be taking my Honda Fit there from now on. More

Compared to other dealerships, no one at Fremont Honda will welcome you. After parking at the door for 20 minutes, they will ignore you. You need to go in and tell them "I am here." Devron took care of me while I took my car in for routine maintenance and was upfront about what I needed and the cost of each service.
