Pros: The vehicle arrived sooner than expected which is great. Kent was very patient showing the different trim models and their ETA when placing the order. My husband had a special request, which Kent remembered at the time of pickup and fulfilled it. Danny (the finance person) went beyond our expectations by providing extra savings for being a Costco Member. Cons: It took 2 hours to finalize the sale despite all my information was in the system as I had gone a month earlier to put a deposit on the vehicle and my credit has been pulled at that time. Having to purchase the ‘add on packages’ which was an extra $1,800 for items I didn’t care for. OVERALL: Despite the extra expenses and time to finalize the transaction, we are still pleased with our vehicle. More

I was told that the oil change would be an 1.5 hour but it was done in 45 minutes! That's great and Andy Mui answered all of my questions with sincerity and clarity.
