Had my Honda Civic serviced at Fremont Honda. Told my service associate Andy what was going on with my display that was malfunctioning. Showed him & sent him a video of what the issue was. He was able to service associate Andy what was going on with my display that was malfunctioning. Showed him & sent him a video of what the issue was. He was able to get an approval for the parts. I had addressed the issue two other times before when I had brought my car in to be serviced. And each time I walked away with the display continuing to malfunction. Andy took the time to listen & figure out the solution to address the situation instead of telling me they couldn't replicate what I was telling & showing them. And if it happens again to let them know. Thank You Andy for going above & beyond. More

Customer service was great, Daniel (DJ) had set a red carpet service he had walked me through step by step on what the service was going to be even though it was just a oil change and pointed out some ot carpet service he had walked me through step by step on what the service was going to be even though it was just a oil change and pointed out some other things I didn't know of that he notice and was hands down one of the greatest advisors I worked with in my past and I appreciate that. Definitely needs more recognition if he hasn't yet. THANKS DANIEL!!! More
