Ace Shaghasi was quick to help and gave us our space to really look at which Pilot we wanted, without feeling pushed or rushed. He answered many questions and also provided more insight into how the car w really look at which Pilot we wanted, without feeling pushed or rushed. He answered many questions and also provided more insight into how the car we were considering was quite a bit more of an upgrade to what we were used to, with having owned a Civic, to an Odessey, to a CRV, and now a Pilot. He acknowledged our daughter, which meant a lot. He was respectful and made us feel like a friend, instead of a business transaction. Febrianto Kurniadi listened to what we needed to enable caring of our new SUV, without making us feel guilty of which choice protection/ warranty we were opting for. They both respected our mask wearing and also wore masks in front of us and my unvaccinated daughter. The floor room was clean and socially distant if that fit the clients comfort level. Hoping that when we bring our car in for service, it will be just as awesome. We would definitely buy our next car from here soon.
