I brought my car in for a regular maintenance check and didn’t have an appt. Having Michael greet me do pleasantly was a great morning boost. He said no problem, I can take care of you and get this done r didn’t have an appt. Having Michael greet me do pleasantly was a great morning boost. He said no problem, I can take care of you and get this done right now and get you on your way. He was very thorough with going over the filters, the tire tread, my wipers and everything to watch for. It’s nice when you get someone who covers everything but doesn’t try to oversell what you might not need at that time. That makes me want to go back and due to his assessments, I know what to think about doing the next time. Michael is the perfect role model for what you want to have for all your customer service reps! More
