I went in for an oil change but ended getting more needed maintenance taken care of. Andy was a very polite and knowledgeable service salesman and did his very best to get my car in for service without an appointment. The service team even worked on my car around their lunch to get me out in a decent amount of time to avoid traffic while driving home to the Central Valley. Thanks to Andy and the AutoNation team. I’ve been taking both my Honda cars here to AutoNation for years because of their excellent and efficient customer service. I make my appointments online which I find very convenient. I usually make appointments with Diana Romero and Daniel checked me in because She was with another customer. Note, I came in a couple of hours before my appointment and they didn’t mind. Daniel and Diana are both awesome and friendly. She looked at the history and makes recommendations based on that and reaches out if there are any other issues during inspection. She has excellent communication skills and kept me informed. AutoNation gets extra points for charging my car as well. No other dealer has done that even though I’ve asked so I appreciate that they went above and beyond. More

My experience on negotiating for a vehicle at Autonation Honda Fremont was superb. It started when I.received a text message from Jana showing a discounted price below MSRP.. I was too busy to negotiate tha Honda Fremont was superb. It started when I.received a text message from Jana showing a discounted price below MSRP.. I was too busy to negotiate that day (Memorial Day) and had to risk losing the discount price because it last only until the next day, but after a couple of days later, I visited the dealership hoping to get the same discount. I was approached by Alex and I explained to him the situation and he said he would take care of it. After negotiating for a few minutes, he was able to get the discount price and we agreed on a deal. Then at last, the financing. Everything was explained finely which the wife purchased. I highly recommend Autonation Honda Fremont for their professionalism in dealing with the customers. Even my dog was getting compliments and he actually drank water from a cup given to him by one of the dealer. The whole negotiating process and purchasing the vehicle took less than two hours, in at 6:30 pm out at 8:30pm. More
