After picking a Civic that I liked Brian and Sophea were able to offer me a great deal. Finally Anthony helped me get through the financing process and was able to go into the various options in detail and helped me pick what was right for my situation. David had such excellent customer service. he was absolutely wonderful toward my sister and i, and helped us out when others passed us by. He went above and beyond and helped explain all my best options and the prices to go along with it. He was so kind to my sister and even provided her a charger when her phone was about to die (we were at the dealership for 7 hours, majority of it waiting), and was patient throughout the entire process, especially since we were the last customers to leave the dealership at around after 11pm. Brian was so helpful in giving me a deal that I really couldn’t refuse for the car I had wanted. Anthony made the whole numbers aspect of getting a new car less confusing by answering all my and my sister’s questions and having a lot of patience by explaining everything to us to our understanding. He also made the experience very personable by talking to us the entire time and giving financial advice that will be remembered for years to come. TL;DR — excellent customer service from David, Brian, and Anthony. Came here to explore my options because my lease was almost up. I test drove a civic and loved it. They made the experience a lot less stressful than it could’ve been, and were helpful and patient every step of the way. I had such a wonderful experience last week at autonation in fremont. I was greeted by Vinny who instantly heard my needs and showed me exactly what I wanted to see!
