unneeded add on were charged, was told by salesperson in order to get discount I had to take add ons, so not a true discount, the vehicle came with floor mats I did not need or want additional floor mats, i order to get discount I had to take add ons, so not a true discount, the vehicle came with floor mats I did not need or want additional floor mats, if I wanted wheel locks I could have purchased them for much cheaper than what they cost with the car. The process took too long, finance manger kept me hour long trying to convince me to buy additional warranties and other products, told me I'm the only person not to buy other stuff, like its something wrong with my decision, This was not smooth sale, process was draining, buying a new car should be enjoyable, not a good transaction.
