The experience with this dealership was a complete joke! Very unprofessional! Terrible finance service! Finance manager was seating with our documents on his desk for a month! While we waited for the vehicle to get serviced because yes they put it for up for sale before meeting safety standards/inspections resulting in the vehicle not being ready at the point of sale! Salesman didn’t even disclose this information while test driving it! we found out the vehicle was NOT ready After the deal was “signed!” Deposit paid! Loan documents were signed pending verification only and we were ready to drive out and that’s when they said vehicle is not ready lol….So we waited trusting they would get the vehicle part soon and repair it… meanwhile Obviously the bank processing the loan was waiting on copies of paystubs but the finance manager never followed back with them! Obviously the bank was not going to wait on the finance manager so they rejected our loan! Then he calls saying he has new paperwork to be signed and it’s a new loan application at a higher interest! We obviously rejected the new loan. We asked to have the same application resubmitted since the bank said it was their process that got delayed for no submission resulting in rejection. we had to sit next to him and watch him do his work on the spot resubmit the application and create the mailing label so he could send it along with the provided documentation. Bank verified employment and etc. all that’s pending is the vehicle to be ready for pick up BUT when they finally called to say the vehicle was ready 2 MONTHS after the sale! They say the loan got rejected and if we didn’t get co-signer under a new loan application with who knows what interest rate they were going to sale it to a new customer who offered to paid a higher price the next day. What kind of trick is this!? Never in my life and trust me I have purchased vehicles under the same process had I experienced such xx….anyhow we rejected their offer of a new loan application further investing with the bank on their “rejection” . Meanwhile CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMPLAINT Yes! I will be filling one and will seek compensation in civil court. More

Did not consult on additional repairs needed for the car - will have to bring it back for them. Certain things I would not have had them do it, but some I would have - something to do with some hose. Battery I would have done it on my own and TPMS since Costco changed the times would go to them. I didn't know of these additional repairs until I went to pick up the car. Even then it was not reviewed - and I had to ask for more info. Knowing that I had a 15% coupon from Costco, I feel the price was manipulated - $311 labor to change evap valve - 2 screws and 2 hoses that are easily accessible and I would have done it on my own was it not for the fact that the car was in dealership for repair and decided to ask them to do it.
