I wanted to buy a new Honda Odyssee. I knew the model I wanted ahead of time. So I just wanted to write a check and get the deal done. Well I got there at 10:30 and figured I would get I knew the model I wanted ahead of time. So I just wanted to write a check and get the deal done. Well I got there at 10:30 and figured I would get out in an hour or 2. Well I finally got out at 6PM. I won't bore you with the endless waits for the manager to accept my offer and then 2 more hours to get to the finance person to complete the paper work! The young sales man, Lucian Wind waas the only reason I did not leave without purchasing my Odyssee. He was professional, congenial and sincere. I will never go to an auto nation dealer again. More

The staff members are really good especially Milad. Apparently there was a battery problem soon within 5 days of purchase and we did got the towed all the way to Hinda but got replaced by new one. They get the job done but don’t follow through on requests. E.g. They said they would wash my car. It wasn’t done even though they had a sign that said “wash” on the dashboard. Now I have to take time off from work to get this scheduled and done and bring my car back. Not comprehensive at all. More
