My Honda Fit 2019 had a flat tire on the entry to highway. FSP replaced the spare tire for me. It was urgent to get a replacement tire. The next day I called several Honda dealers nearby. AutoNation Honda Fremont has Honda Fit original tire (Continental) in stock with the lowest price. Its installation labor cost for one tire is $25, which is also very reasonable. Even though the appointment booking was full. The service Dept operator asked me to walk in. I walked in and waited for about 2 hours. The tire got replaced. I am very satisfied. I also want to thank to service advisor Nathan. He also applied Costco Auto Program 15% off coupon for me when I asked. I truly appreciate. His service is beyond my expectation. More

Waited 45 mins in the car just to check in, then another 5-10 mins to meet with advisors. There were roughly 5=6 cars behind me also waiting. I informed him of my wait time and he relayed that a couple of employees called in sick and "did you see the sign out there, we are trying to hire." Unacceptable. I told him that as a manager why wasn't he out there helping his staff. The staff that checked me in and the advisor I met with were professional, friendly and doing the best they could. But to see a manager strolling around with a smile on his face when he could be better served jumping in and helping customers as well as the employees did not make for good customer service. This was disappointing as I had my ride also waiting the 45 mins. More
