I made an appointment to have 2 new keys made for my Honda Accord. All the people I talked to were very nice. However, it took over 30 minutes just to get checked in. It then took almost 2 hours to get Honda Accord. All the people I talked to were very nice. However, it took over 30 minutes just to get checked in. It then took almost 2 hours to get two keys made. Even allowing for the programming that was needed this seems way too long. I had to pay $480 for two keys! Management and the owners of Auto Nation Honda should be able to streamline the process and make replacement keys without leaving the customer feeling ripped off! More

Had a negative experience with Patrick Medina from the sales department when trying to cancel my extended warranty. I sent him my cancellation form and he never responded back. He said it would take 90 da sales department when trying to cancel my extended warranty. I sent him my cancellation form and he never responded back. He said it would take 90 days to process, I called my lender 4 months after to ask if they’ve received any cancellation notice or payment, they told me they hadn’t. I called AutoNation Honda Fremont to speak with Patrick, he was “Unavailable” and would call me back. He never called me back so I called the next day and spoke with another gentlemen from the sales department and told him what happened. He told me in a rude tone of voice that “I have to go in person and sign a form in order to cancel the warranty.” That was a flat out LIE since I had already filled out the warranty 4 months prior and signed it online. I feel like they try to do whatever they can to prevent you from cancelling the warranty. I will be pursuing this issue further. If possible, avoid working with PATRICK MEDINA from Sales. More
