My advisor did a great job. However, in my 20 plus years experience with dealership service, autonation or non-autonation, I never had to wait almost an hour in line to do a “Dr However, in my 20 plus years experience with dealership service, autonation or non-autonation, I never had to wait almost an hour in line to do a “Drop Off”. Apparently, it’s a normal at this dealership on a weekend and it was my first time at a Honda dealership. There are no loaner cars nor transport either. Overall, the turn around time was fast, the complimentary car wash and car inspection are nice perks. If I didn’t have to wait that long, I would have given it 4 out of 5. More

Dao greeted me and listened to my concerns and provided me with great service. My one concern is that when I called to get an estimate of the cost of service I got 2 estimates. First $349; then $400. The service was excellent however there was no attempt to clean the car like they did before.
