This is one of the most poorly-run service departments I've ever frequented. When they email you at the time of your regularly-scheduled maintenance, they ask you to make an appointment. In the online sys I've ever frequented. When they email you at the time of your regularly-scheduled maintenance, they ask you to make an appointment. In the online system, you can select the reason for your visit, the date, the time, and the service advisor. However, none this matters. When you arrive, it is first-come-first-served. They do not look for or even ask if you have an appointment. The service advisor that you have worked with before and with whom you scheduled your appointment may not even be working that day. There is no manager on duty, even on their busiest day, Saturday. As a result, you will end up sitting in line for over an hour, just to be spoken to rudely by the overwhelmed service advisor. These poor employees are thrown to the wolves every weekend, inevitably dealing with irate customers, because their management has no systems in place to help them. If, naively, you return to them multiple times, they will have no consistent record of your previous visits and will, instead, ask you to repeat your car's history to them verbally. While some of the individual employees are incredible (shout out to Jason Ngo!), the seeming lack of ANY systems or management makes for a disappointing and frustrating experience. More
