The car issue was gone, but then the issue happened again the next day. So that's the only issue I'm not satisfied about because the problem didn't fully fixed. I will probably come back next weekend to have them take a look again. More

I came to this dealership for service. I wanted to get my car's AC inspected as there was some problem with it. I set up an appointment a week before to make sure I was seen early. Devron provided great service, he was friendly, listened to my concerns, and communicated clearly. However, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the amount of time I spent waiting for my car. I waited about 6 hours even when I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am. I think a suggestion would be to prioritize services based on appointment just like the DMV. He suggested we take care of the most important items and did not push for us to pay for ALL maintenance items on that visit. We did not feel bullied into addressing things that could wait.
