The dealership service personal were excellent. Communicating directly with them was easy. Only issue is the call center (located in Vegas) could not reach the service advisors. The staff performed 160k service and everything was well done. Even allowed me to pickup after closing hours as they where their finishing up. More

I had to visit AutoNation in Fremont to check on my Honda CRV's battery as it won't start without a Jump. The Service Advisor, Mr. Nhan Duong was very professional, and during the initial conversation itself CRV's battery as it won't start without a Jump. The Service Advisor, Mr. Nhan Duong was very professional, and during the initial conversation itself, he understood the problem. He requested me to wait and check on various parameters in my car. Mr. Nhan was very courteous and knowledgeable. The wait was for a few minutes when he checked the vehicle. Immediately after that he showed me all the details and requested me to wait for some time while the battery was checked and replaced. Mr. Nhan gave me the price for the work order and also proactively asked if I need a car wash. The total charge was within the budget that I had anticipated and allocated. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip to AutoNation Honda Fremont, and in all parameters both AutoNation and Mr. Nhan exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a wonderful professional job.
