I was experiencing an issue with my battery. I had previously purchased a lifetime warranty. I arrived to the appointment late, as my car needed to be jumpstarted. In spite of my late arrival, I was helped immediately and a new battery was installed within the hour. Great service! More

These guys are the best! I worked with Eric on reserving a new car. He was transparent on the pricing, explained what the reservation process was like, realistic expectations I worked with Eric on reserving a new car. He was transparent on the pricing, explained what the reservation process was like, realistic expectations on timing. I put down a minimal refundable deposit. The car was delivered ahead of schedule and all the options were installed within a day, except one that was backordered. Overall I would highly recommend this dealer. More

The service advisor Daniel was quite rude. I had to wait for 25 min before being served. Upon showing an issue about the rubber gasket around the vehicle, the service advisor started to doubt I had to wait for 25 min before being served. Upon showing an issue about the rubber gasket around the vehicle, the service advisor started to doubt if I had done this damage on purpose. I felt he is trying to stop me complaining about this. He says he ran out of time and then never even offered for a follow up appointment. Everyone has overload but people interacting with customers should be more patient to listen. Hope these people realize this More
