These guys are the best! I worked with Eric on reserving a new car. The service advisor Daniel was quite rude. I had to wait for 25 min before being served. Upon showing an issue about the rubber gasket around the vehicle, the service advisor started to doubt I had to wait for 25 min before being served. He says he ran out of time and then never even offered for a follow up appointment. Everyone has overload but people interacting with customers should be more patient to listen.
