Thank you for your response. I have already talked to the service manager. I believe he has brought up my concerns to your GM. First of all, I would request that Honda agents to improve their communication skills. Take time to explain what they found, what needs to be corrected, and how they are going to fix the problem, and what the cost would be before forcing consents from the customer. If you expect the customer has to leave his car overnight, Honda should provide transportation means. It is not advisable to make too many appointments for the same time, so the customers have to wait for hours. My regular auto shop does diagnostics, oil change, tire rotation within an hour and then explain in detail what they found and what they did and what their recommendations are. I expect even better services from Honda.
