Service was excellent. As soon as I pulled in there was a service person there to greet me. Very curious and respectful of my car. I asked them to check the VTM light on my dash and for a car wash (I asked if it's available and the advisor said yes). The advisor said he can get the truck ready between 2-3 and it wasn't ready until aft car wash (I asked if it's available and the advisor said yes). The advisor said he can get the truck ready between 2-3 and it wasn't ready until after 4. I asked about the VTM-4 and the advisor said the tech couldn't duplicate it. I checked the work order and it wasn't noted so I think the VTM-4 wasn't even checked. Also, my truck wasn't washed. Now, I have to go back and get the VTM checked More
