Upon checked in for tune up, I already told the adviser to check on my TPMS warning but after checking out found out that the warning still there, He told me that he’s going to ask the technician, came bac to check on my TPMS warning but after checking out found out that the warning still there, He told me that he’s going to ask the technician, came back to me and I was told to come back again because it was not diagnosed and he said it is safe to drive anyway. What’s the use of telling the problem of my car if the adviser or the technician doesn’t listen to customers concern, instead of just one appointment I need to go back again to get it fix.
