I purchased me Honda used from a non-Honda dealership so when it was time for my first oil change I came to Autonation Lewisville. Right off the bat (before I even got out of my car) Meredith was warm, wel when it was time for my first oil change I came to Autonation Lewisville. Right off the bat (before I even got out of my car) Meredith was warm, welcoming and friendly. She explained what was going to happen and detailed the process for me. After my service was complete she took the time to sit with me and explain not only my current service, but what kinda of regular routine maintenance services my Honda would need. I love seeing a woman in a service role and Meredith reinforced that. She took her time and made sure I understood everything (not just pushing me out the door). I also received a video review of my device which allowed me to see everything that took place and a step by step explanation of my service. 10/10 will come here again. More
