Things have gone to xxxx in a hand basket. Phones not answered. I was told you had part which should have taken only minutes to install. Waited 3 1/2 hours with appointment and no part. The “service advisors” are terrible at returning calls to give update on cost of recommended service. The Service Department was very slow. I arrived for my appointment but nobody helped. This was my first time. I waited and and waited for acknowledgment. Finally, after about 15 minutes, I arrived for my appointment but nobody helped. This was my first time. I waited and and waited for acknowledgment. Finally, after about 15 minutes, I received help with my car. In the future, please acknowledge the customer and let them know that you will get to them as soon as possible. More
