Staff greets you immediately and you are updated via text if you are having any type of service provided. I've never felt rushed or cohwersed into getting something done to my car, Periodically someone comes if you are having any type of service provided. Been going almost 4 years now when they went out of their way to locate a car with a special color that I just had to have so I have total faith when they say they will do something that they follow through with it. The dealership and staff are great and they finished the service earlier than expected (which was awesome!). I really liked the fact that they shared the services they would recommend for the car but they d service earlier than expected (which was awesome!). My experience was very unpleasant. I was told it would only take 3 hours to get the inspection and routine maintenance performances. Nearly 8 hours later!! I walked away with routine maintenance & additio only take 3 hours to get the inspection and routine maintenance performances. Nearly 8 hours later!! I walked away with routine maintenance & additional maintenance & a failed inspection, and having paid $1,000! The only thing I mainly needed was the inspection and that wasn't successful, even though I got the car directly from Honda the year before! More

This may be a bit premature because I have to return to finish the job as the parts required was not in stock. Overall good to deal with, service to date was done quickly, shuttle service was excellent and finish the job as the parts required was not in stock.
