If that was only the case and you were not putting in a cut and paste response. There is no-one at your dealership willing to help. It has been a month now trying to get this done. In all that time, I either get 1) to your outsourced helpdesk - they can't help 2) Get to the dealership and get sent to a voicemail -- Have done this more than I can count on my hands and toes without a SINGLE callback 3) Get to a person at the dealership (This is through the the new car sales option -- It's the ONLY way. Otherwise you get put on hold to transfer to a voicemail, get transferred back to the phone menu, and yes, of course, be hung up on.[This happens more times than not]) It has been a month. The service manager has not called back. The general manager has not called back. The service person that I spoke to originally has never called back -- I did reach him 1 time about 2 weeks ago -- Said they still needed the paperwork and would call me back right away after he checked on it -- Never did. So how can I discuss this with your GM when I can never get him or get him to return my voicemail? This experience hit rock bottom and is drilling it's way past Australia at this point. Just so disappointing.
