This is our first time driving Honda's (I leased 2 at the same time - 1 for me and 1 for my daughter) and our first time at the service center. If all else fails, you've made a repeat customer out of me just because of Bevil and how pleasant he was. The lobby where we waited could use some work. I heard a worker come in using foul language and another on his phone on social media with the volume turned all the way up. The seating was comfortable but in between the cushions you could see lots of leftover popcorn. Who knows when's the last time those cushions were actually cleaned - kind of gross. I think I saw a dead roach under one of the seats too but i honestly didn't see it close enough. For some reason, I loved that I was there during a morning meeting because you heard workers cheering each other on and really getting their morning started on the right way. It was nice to hear. More
